They upped the registration fees for the Sundown Marathon.
Drastically.
Last year, as a first-timer, I paid $45 to take part in it. This
year, it costs $70.
Even with repeat participant discount, I still have to shell out
$59.
At the race expo a few days ago, I expressed my incredulity at
one of the staff at the Sundown booth. She was also at a loss for
words.
I really have to consider whether or not Sundown is still worth
it.
